retreats
We host our own retreats (more or less) quarterly, with attention and adjustment to weather conditions.
At our retreats, we offer a balance of a variety of led classes (yoga, meditation, QiGong) and unstructured time, community activities and opportunities for individual contemplation. We offer more traditional practices such as Zen meditation, and incorporate more interpretive ones, such as drawing prompts. Every retreat includes yoga, dharma and meditation with a local Zen monk, and a big pho lunch feast. Often the retreats have a loose focus, such as detoxing from Mardi Gras or creating intentions and resetting with the New Year.

We have already hosted 2 retreats in 2019, and plan to host Summer, Fall, and Winter retreats this year, dates TBA.
